Personal Training/Post Rehabilitation
HPT Personal Training program is designed to meet the individual’s fitness, performance or post rehabilitation needs. Personal Training is available on a limited basis for individuals or two participants.
Introduction to HPT
The intro class is designed for younger athletes, age 14-16, or athletes who have no previous training experience. This course will teach the importance of proper posture and body alignment as it pertains to sports performance. Athletes will learn basic movement skills for sprinting jumping and agility. The intro class will also include proper instruction on how to perform basic strength training and core development exercises. Classes are for 4-6 athletes and meet twice a week for 60 minutes with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Advanced HPT
For Athletes who have prior training experience or have completed the Introduction
Class. Includes training in all aspects of human performance including coordination, flexibility, speed, agility, power and endurance. Advanced HPT utilizes proven training protocols designed to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance. Advanced HPT requires a strong commitment on the part of the athlete, but promises to deliver measurable results while also developing the mental, physical and character of each athlete. Advanced HPT classes are designed and supervised by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, meet twice a week for 75 minutes and involve 4-6 athletes.
Elite HPT
For athletes who are preparing to compete on a national, collegiate or professional level. The elite program is designed to provide peak physical performance that will push the absolute limits of athletic performance. The program will be customized to meet the schedule and demands of an elite athlete.
Team Training
Out team Training programs are designed to deliver challenging workouts that are customized to meet the schedule and demands for the specific sport. The training program will involve all aspects of human performance.
HPT Extreme Fitness
HPT Classes are designed for active adults looking for a challenging training program. Classes are fun fast paced 60 minute movement based sessions that will push you to your limits. This is not your traditional gym based circuit program.
